Throwing out garbage is a much discussed topic and in today’s time, expensive and time consuming. To sum up, it’s extremely inconvenient in the busy day to day life. But convenience of the residents being our top most priority, we have brought an easier solution for the task with the introduction of garbage chutes. Present on every residential floor, throw your daily garbage down the chute to be collected and disposed by the building management so that you don’t have to leave the building at all!

Managing a society is a challenging task where one needs to understand the needs and wants of the residents collectively. Moreover, it is necessary that all operational activities such as security, garbage disposal and over all maintenance with regards to the building are carried out effectively and efficiently. Hence, we present a Management Office that will be present in the building. Employed with a highly skilled and engaged team, their main function would be to constantly monitor and evaluate to ensure smooth running of all operations of The Gardens.
JAAH investments Pvt. Ltd. (formerly JAUSA Investments Pvt. Ltd.) was incorporated in Republic of Maldives with the goal of investing in ambitious projects involved in the multi-dimensional development of the country. Initially established in 2016, JAUSA Investments had been a joint extension of the highly regarded and experienced companies under the JAUSA brand; JAUSA Trading Maldives Pvt Ltd & JAUSA Construction Maldives Pvt Ltd. JAAH investments Pvt. Ltd. was rebranded from JAUSA Investment Pvt. Ltd. in 2018 with the intention of having greater focus on a wide range of investments, enabling the JAUSA brand to continue to be associated with the construction industry, where it has been thoroughly established.
JAAH Investments currently focuses mainly on real estate developments. In 2017, we have been awarded the Development of Mixed-Use Residential Complexes in Hulhumale’ by Housing Development Corporation (HDC). The project is the first major investment from the initiative and paves the way for further developments under the brand. The mega project, titled ‘The Gardens – Exotic Elegance’, enables JAAH Investment to foray into property development swiftly. JAAH investments will continue real estate developments in the Greater Male’ region.
